“I hired Mount Shasta Builders Cooperative after my home was severely damaged in the Mill Fire.  They were prompt in getting their estimator out to meet with us and our insurance adjuster just after the fire.  The estimator went over the findings with the adjuster and made sure every detail was pointed out to the adjuster.

The Coop then prepared a Pre Construction Contract which I thought was very professional.  I highly recommend that if you use the Coop, you do this contact.  By doing the pre-construction, they prepared a very thorough estimate of the work to be done, including a very thorough report that was sent to my insurance company.  The benefit to this was that I knew upfront exactly what it was going to cost to repair our home.   It was piece of mind knowing this upfront as it allowed me to plan my budget more efficiently.

This was all done and they were ready to start just a couple months after the fire.  We were displaced from our home, so their urgency and professionalism was a very big deal to us.  

The work went as planned and was done with great skill.  The fire was devastating to us, however their caring crew and skills made it so much easier.  They were very thorough through the entire process.  I was extremely impressed with the professionalism in their paperwork and billing.  It was complete and easy to understand.
