Custom Milling
One of the most unique aspects of our business in our Lucas Mill. Acquired in 2020 and boy do we spend a lot of time with it. We are able to source logs locally and from there we send them through the Mill. Off they go to provide stunning and unique finish material to our clients. The majority of materials are purchased from a store rather than hand milled. Our milling service adds an incredibly unique and beautiful aesthetic to our jobs.
Remodels
Our remodel service has come a long way mostly due to the thoroughness we provide during the pre-construction planning phase. Thorough estimation services create a communicative and full experience for our clients. When it comes to your remodel, you have complete control. We are here to provide you with our expertise and advice. We pride ourselves on thorough site protection. Preserving the existing house as is and ensuring no damage occurs is of up most importance. We use advanced scheduling software to ensure you are are in the know the whole time. Bathroom, kitchen, whole house additions and remodels.. you name it.
Finish Work
This is the main staple of the cooperative from our roots. Our members are drawn to this particular trade because it is part of our origin story. It dovetails directly into milling our own lumber as we then get to create beautiful finish work with our very own lumber. We pride ourselves on the knowledge of high quality materials that are a huge part of modern projects today.
Windows, Doors, and Siding
Waterproofing.. is our key word when it comes to windows, doors, and siding. Advanced knowledge of waterproofing is essential to proper installation. We work with local suppliers to source the model and aesthetic that you are looking for. These installations are often the bread and butter of our company.
Estimating Services
Our estimation services are detailed, accurate, and extensive. Our goal is to spend TIME on estimations to ensure that you get a full picture of the cost of the potential project. We offer full day estimates (6-8 hours on site) ranging from $150-$300.
Project Management
Our project management service is efficient at mitigating risks and unknowns when it comes to home improvement projects. We combine our estimating services, advanced scheduling software, and of course communication to bring a project full circle. Our goal is for your project to flow and not be slowed down by unexpected road blocks. We are always available to answer questions along the way and ensure you feel comfortable with how your project is being managed.
Tiny Homes
We love Tiny Homes! Why? Well first they are incredibly fun to build. But more importantly, we believe that Tiny Home are a sustainable cost effective way to provide housing to those who can’t necessarily afford all that a full home entails. We offer full build Tiny Homes and we also offer cooperative milled Tiny Home kits. DIY!
Concrete and Framing
We love that we can officially offer these services.. the beauty of a cooperative. When it comes to structural framing we offer framing for new construction or remodels. We are experts in wall studs, wall plates, window and door framing, roof framing, dormers, wall and roof sheathing, deck framing, porch roofs… OH MY. Concrete, being concrete… is a bit more straightforward. We specialize in foundations, driveways, and sidewalks, etc.
